We Will Boldly Go is a short piece with a light, airy theme, and a more stately, processional-like theme. Good Clarinet parts! It is relatively easy, and should be accessible to middle school or high school orchestras.
This piece was commissioned by the Campbell Express Band to honor William “Bill” Burkhead, Director of Performing Arts, for 25 years of dedication to the students of Del Mar High School, San Jose, CA.
Percussion (4 players) includes Orchestra Bells, Marimba, Vibraphone, Cymbals, Triangle, Snare Drum, Bass Drum, and Timpani.
